Good thing for this facility was the sofa bed, that accommodated all my families. I did not use the WiFi, not sure about that. Breakfast is average. good self-parking though. Things I do not like was that the AC not working well, the wall-mount control not working, the panel on AC not working properly. Unit was noisy too. Also, the facility is near highway, it was bit noisy in the morning.

The washcloth were filthy. One of the beds in the had dirt at the bottom of the sheets. There is mildew in the tub with mold. The shower curtain has a lot of dirt on it. But the associates were very nice and courteous.

Wish I had known about the $100 deposit that isn’t released for 3-4 days after I leave. Rooms were very clean and modern. Lobby is a bit shabby. Staff were very nice.

My stay was great- very family friendly. The staff is very friendly and seem to really care about the happiness of their guests. The hot breakfast was also tasty and a lot to choose from. The hotel is very clean and appears to have been recently remodeled- love the modern decor. The beds are so soft and comfty and the room amenities are nice- especially the Dove products in the bathroom- great choice. Also, location is super convenient to trampoline park for kids, gym, shops, restaurants, mall and lots of other stores. This hotel is definitely worth the money.

Room had bugs (maybe some form of a lady bug, but still gross). Bathroom counter, toilet, & shower had hair not wiped up. A/C did not keep room very cool.

The staff strength is not customer service
I booked a room that fit 5 people but got 2 towels. Phone didn't work which meant i had to go to lobby and ask several times for things. Never got what i needed because they were out of clean towels, etc. Some USB and electrical outlets next toi bed didn't work, etc. I expect a bit more form a holiday inn. Staff just didn't really care about customer service. It's not their strength.

Clean room, friendly staff
The bathroom was spotless. The room itself was very clean, although there were some minor stains on the carpet. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning was slightly loud but not a big deal. The free breakfast was nice. There isn’t much to walk to but there is a lot of stuff within a few minutes by car. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was good (especially when the pancake machine worked). My only suggestion would be to invest in more towels and be okay with throwing away towels that are stained. I'd stay again. The price was fair!

Property was clean and staff was very pleasant and friendly. Easy access to highway and lots of good food in the area . Rooms were clean and well kept . Breakfast was simple but good with a spotless clean eating area . Will definitely use this property again.

Has potential to be a great hotel
Check in was pretty smooth Although the hotel did not get my message. Regarding early check in. the hotel is very nice. All there there are some condition or wear and tear problems that need to be addressed. The room itself was very spacious. However, in the bed was comfortable. However, there were couple of issues. There was hair in the shower drain and blonde hairs on the handheld shower head. There was also a few long blonde hairs found on the bed. I'm assuming the hairs were from the last guests because the staff and lady who was clearing rooms on the hall was hispanic with very dark hair. The bedside light and the telephone did not work. So we cut not call room service. Other condition issues was water stains on the ceiling in certain areas of hotel comma rust On exposed metal areas, especially around the elevator. The elevators are very slow and very squeaky and don't sing to be in professional working order. I would have shared this information with the attendant at check out. But she was busy checking in other guest. So I decided to share on the review.

I like the property. I worked for Hotel Indigo another IHG hotel in Athens. First impressions not that good. A guy by entrance drinking beer the whole time I checked in, brought in luggage, and when I got back from dinner and shopping. The concierge was nice but when I asked him where to get wine close. He said he had no idea. Okay then, I found wine in next shopping center. Maybe Holiday Inn is just different policies than Hotel Indigo.

Booked a standard king for a weekend visit with our daughter. Checked into the room only to find a bed. No chair/ chaise as pictured on the website. Inquired at the desk. Was told that standard rooms don't include a chair (even though there was plenty of room and a stand lamp that would typically sit behind a chair). When I asked to switch to a room with a chair (really didn't want to spend the weekend sitting on the bed while I was in the room), I was rudely told "No! You booked with a third party. There is nothing we will do!" Really? I don't care what hotel I've stayed in before, there has never not been a chair. Breakfast was subpar. Do better Holiday Inn!
