It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. My Host was so accommodating from initial booking until the end of our vacation. The balcony and view was my favorite part….Both sunrises and sunsets were visible…the night skyline was just stunning. Location was perfect for us due to the close proximity of parks, gardens and restaurants for any cuisine, all delicious. Finally, check-in and check-out were seamless.
