RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY ➀ Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hours notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. 12\. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY ➀ We do not recommend mail or package delivery to our listing address. KEY RETURN ➀ To keep things running smoothly and ensure the fob is returned at the end of your stay, please place it in lockbox 4, take a photo, and send it to us as proof of return. If the key is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged. 14\. CLEANING CLOSET ➀ The cleaning closet is locked and is meant for cleaner\`s use only. Guests are not allowed to attempt to open the lock unless otherwise told.
