This is a safe, cozy, and clean space. It’s also close to the night life to have a great time and commute safely. I’m always available and nearby. The place does have surveillance on the outside of the door. We sleep up to 4 guests. Any amount after 2 must be added at $25 a night per guest. The Space: If you are a long term tenant we must inspect the unit every 2 weeks. If the unit is not being kept to a certain standard we will schedule a cleaning within 48 hours at the current guest’s expense. This is to maintain the level of sanitation in the home as we have multiple guests and want to maintain the integrity of the unit. 2.86 miles to World of Coca-Cola 3.14 miles to State Farm Arena 2.67 miles to Atlanta Botanical Garden 1.66 miles to Georgia Institute of Technology 2.02 miles to National Center for Civil and Human Rights Attached to the building are: Prevail Coffee Shop Sweetgreen Wagamama Savi Provisions Guest Access: Guests have full access to the unit and amenities Other Things to Note: I am available between the hours of 9 AM to 9 PM Want to book more spaces?
