Reasonably priced...for a reason

Posted 21-Apr-2016
Pros: price
Cons: ensure no smoking repair the place Educate your staff
Location: The location is sketchy. Reasonable drive to the downtown attractions.
A staff member entered our room without reason. No knocking, no introduction and no explanation. Open the door and said "oh, sorry". The facility smells like smoke and is worn down. The baseboard from the shower was laying on the floor. The ice machine didn't work. No recommended.

街の中心部に近い静かなホテル

Posted 13-Apr-2016
Pros: スタッフがとても親切にしてくれたところ
ホテルのスタッフが親切で、居心地がよかったです。 街の中心部へは徒歩15分程度。 静かな場所です。 ホテル自体は普通ですが贅沢を言わなければ問題ないレベルです。

Nice and Upcoming neighborhood!!

The stay was pleasant and it met our needs. Not the place where I would recommend taking your significant other, but for a trip it was fine.

Stranded in Atlanta

Posted 4-Apr-2016
Pros: The woman at the front desk, Chris, was friendly and helpful. At first I was scared to even stay there when I saw a security guard in the lobby.
Cons: Complete remodel. My room was tinier than a boutique hotel in Manhattan. A sponge was in the sink. Was that to show the place had been cleaned?
Location: I certainly wouldn't walk in that neighorhood.
On the phone with Expedia, I was told this was the only room available in Atlanta as thousands of passengers were stranded at the airport. This room cost a mouth-dropping $185. Incredible ripoff. This is a $35-a-night joint. In the morning, there were people in the breakfast area in their pajamas and bare feet. Blech.

Rundown hotel in a questionable area.

Posted 3-Apr-2016
Pros: The manager was understanding and fair.
Cons: They need to update the rooms carpets, mattresses, walls, etc.
Location: Questionable area that did not leave me feeling safe.
Upon arrival and noting the conditions of the lobby and hotel front we requested to see the room before checking in. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets were dirty. The room didn't look fresh and the mattresses looked to be about 3 inches thick and swayed in the middle. Everything seemed old and smelled old and musty. The front desk manager reminded me the room was non-refundable but, seeing that I was unhappy with the accommodations, offered me half the room charge refund. There were plenty of people staying there and so maybe some people would be perfectly fine staying there. I did not stay there and I appreciate the managers understanding and partial refund.

Terrible worst hotel stay. My daughter got bit by a bed bug. The bed sheets had not been changed. Hairs all over the bathroom floot. A disgusting place. At least I got a refund.

Pros: The great, responsive staff
Cons: Cleanliness and bug problems
The staff were awesome - our first room had a funky smell, so they moved us immediately, no question. The second room had roaches, but considering how inexpensive this hotel was in downtown Atlanta and the great staff, it's still not too bad.
