Nice hotel, just missing the odd finishing touch

Staff were super helpful, they let me check in early which was great as my train arrived 8am. Also offered me advice on public transport options etc. The only thing was wifi was only available in the lobby? Maybe not a big deal for US residents but when travelling overseas you wanna save what network data you have! Also I had a bottle of wine but couldn't open it as no one had a corkscrew. Never stayed at a hotel without a corkscrew before! Aside from that all good.

Pros: The staff were friendly and were as helpful as they could be.
Cons: The hotel needs someone to invest a few $$ into it to make it worthy of Expedia standards.
Location: The location was ok, near to the Georgia Dome and close to the colleges. That was my main reason for going.
The staff were wonderful but between the blood stain hand print on the back of the door, roaches in the room, previous guest's close and trash under the bed, weak (nonexistent) wifi, old furniture and smelly carpet I am surprised the Expedia would recommend this place.

Update needed!

First, room are old and need remodeling STAT! New furniture, mattresses are worn-out. Second, the commode stopped why we where there second night. No over night staff to handle situation. Therefore, security had to place us in another room. Once we were settled in, we noticed a used dirty towel hanging on shower curtain rod! No more for us.

Hotel was close to my sisters house

My experience was ok.... There was no remote in the room to turn the channels for the tv and the telephone was not working. there was a lady in training at the front desk that was very nice and helped us a lot as far as things to do in Atlanta.

Close to the dome, but...

Lobby is nice. Smells like smoke. No trash can in the room. Sink was set to trickle, made it hard to wash hands. Mini-fridge was convenient tho. Rooms are numbered in a non-traditional manner.

Worst place ever stayed in.

Pros: Not one thing. Was not happy while I was there.
Cons: Everything! !!!!!
Location: Was not a good location, had to drive off a good place to get good food. Morehouse and Spelman college is not far way, the Georgia Dome was the road
The beds was very uncomfortable, strange smell in the room all the time. Room was Not clean very good. House keeping refused to come in a change the beds, gave my niece the sheets for us to change them ourselves. Bath tub was rusted. The toilet was not clean. It was one of the worst experience I ever had. Couldn't wait to check out. If I could have cancel when I got there I would have. DO NOT stay there. There are better places, the pics on website do not show the real room. Had to wrap down the table and refrigerator. Please stay away.

Bathroom to small a rolling bed no swimming pool hot as it is and not to mention a 165$ a note and nothing to enjoy terrible.

Terrible hotel with terrible service

Upon checking I was told that suite I booked and paid was not available and I was downgraded. When I asked for refund of difference was told that's not an option. Room was terrible. They don't even put bath soap in the room. When I called and asked response was come to the front desk and get it. I normally don't write such reviews unless it was really bad and in this case it was.
