The apartment itself was clean, the building and surrounding area however was littered with trash, the hallway was covered in garbage from the other tenants in the building, and the floor of the breezeway was sticky….like really sticky, some sort of something was spilled and not cleaned up. The view off the back deck was just littered with trash in the tree line. I was kind of taken aback at the amount of trash everywhere. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I swear I’m not a picky person but they were hard and then covered in plastic and a foam egg crate thing. That plus the flat pillows and no night stands made for less than optimal sleep. The front door did not feel very secure. The door handle would not latch. Only the deadbolt worked, but it could have easily been pushed open, and judging from the previous damage to the door jam that has happened here before. I wouldn’t really stay here again, the neighbors were all very nice and the kids enjoyed playing with everyone at the pool, it was just not a good fit for us. ##### Nicole B. ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Artena P. 22 juill. 2021 Points faibles : Propreté #### Always read reviews....Not luxury living Cons- WOW, where do I start? I have to be honest. When I arrived at the location, the outside of the place was attractive until you drove through the gate. There was garbage every where, people sitting outside of the building smoking at the bottom of the steps, trash throughout the premises, people walking around with no shirts on. Upon entering the property, it smelled like smoke. The property wasn't cleaned thoroughly because we cleaned before we unpacked. There was residue on the counter, cabinets, and floor. The back door balcony was a view of trees and trash that people had used as a dumpster. The dryer did not work, however, I contacted the host and she had it repaired within 2 days. The pool was closed the entire time we were there and that was one of the main reasons why I booked it, however, we never got to use it. Tack board was exposed on the carpet and kids poked their foot on there a couple of times before they learned to just keep your shoes on at all times. On the very last day, right before I was about to lay down for the night, I saw a ROACH! After that, we immediately packed our belongings and left that night instead of waiting for next day check out. Just unpacked my suitcase and my clothes smell like smoke...all types of smoke. Pros- AC worked good; fresh linen(looked new); washer/dryer(finally worked); host supplied toiletries; host called and communicated at times. ##### Artena P. I didn't like that the smoke smells from the other apartments was so overwhelming. The rooms were nice but the lack of having nightstands were not good. Overall it taught me what I would be looking for when renting again. I expected to be able to use the dryer and it was not working. It was very clean, we had everything that we needed, and the entire weekend was peaceful. We also had the best host. She gave us clear instructions and we had no problem checking in and and getting in and out of the complex!
