Getting Around: Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! Other Things to Note: Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Easy check-in and check-out process. We stayed with 5 girls; however, it doesn’t comfortably sleep as many as it says (there weren’t enough blankets). The temperature of the room was cold because the condo regulates the building temperature - but a space heater is available. This property is not at all like the pictures posted. There was a initial issue with Check In because the front desk never received the registration from the host, but the host rectified the issue quickly. After entering the Condo it was very apparent, we had been duped. There was a big mis-representaion of how the condo looked in person compared to the pictures used to lure consumers into booking. The bathroom was in very poor condition, there was a dirt ring around the tube and an odor coming from the toilet. The couches were covered with couch covers because the cushions were filthy. There was rust on the air conditioner and the WIFI did not work. Was very dissappointed. The building is extremely old and the host needs to do ALOT of work to make this place stayable. My group ended up checking out the same day and going to a hotel. The host did send their apologies but the booking was nonrefundable so I lost 548 dollars for a place that was seriously nothing like described or pictured. Would not recommend. ##### Shauna C.
