Other Things to Note: Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please call 404-524-4423, and the concierge staff will respond and address the issue. The pictures were pretty accurate as to what you are getting. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for 2 to 4 people. There was a problem with the bathtub faucet, which was leaking when we arrived and progressively got worse throughout our stay. This led to a steady stream of hot water coming out of the faucet which was loud and left the bathroom in a constant state of humidity. Because our flight was extremely delayed, we didn't arrive at the unit until around 2 am and our check-in process was rough. The code to enter the unit was not sent prior to us arriving and since it was late at night, the hosts were not responding. Luckily, the hosts left a number to call in case of emergency and after calling that number, we were given the code by someone.If you're looking for a decent place to stay in Atlanta that is close to attractions and MARTA, this is an option that I would recommend. However, if you are looking for a luxurious accommodation with various amenities, seek elsewhere. ##### London Skye R. We reached to our hostes and she told us open the window so we did and noise from the street was so loud that our first night was terrible. There is bad smell ceiling has spots . Matress has dirty spots fridge never closed . The all place smell like a weed and area around is surrounding with homelles people because there is liquor store at the corner of the building. Communication with the host was no pleasure and since I am foreigner but almost 25 years in USA and teacher of English language she told me there is language barrier. We visited with our kids to do the tourist attractions and a baseball game for Spring break. Accommodations were exactly as described and pictures represent. Spacious and clean. Note that the beds are Doubles, not ideal but we made it work. We had 2 large teenaged boys who weren’t going to sleep together regardless, but couch without backrest cushions made a comfortable lengthy bed for the 6 footer who chose not to open the sleeper nor use either rollaway available. Also note that if you plan to cook, the kitchen has a selection of pots/pans, but utensils are scarce and there are no baking dishes. If my oldest had joined as planned, we’d have been short place settings- only stocked for 4 people. No real table for eating and no dishwasher. The location of the accommodations was perfect for accessing nearby attractions- Coke museum, Aquarium, Centennial park, etc are all just a couple blocks away. While the building and accommodations are nice enough, we found the surrounding area to be a bit less desirable particularly at night. Being an older building contributes I suppose but the street noise was particularly loud, especially from the half dozen or so people (homeless or not) who congregated each night on the sidewalks to chase, yell at each other, and generally carry on LOUDLY, to the point that we had to raise the volume on the TV to hear it better.
