This well-appointed, 3rd-floor condominium is perfect for business, single travelers and couples looking for a downtown Atlanta experience. Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, the condo is within walking distance to many Atlanta must-sees--the Aquarium, Phillips Arena, the World Congress Center, Americas Mart and more! Consider our home your home-away-from-home oasis in Atlanta. PARKING AVAILABLE AT NIGHTLY RATE.
The Space:
The furniture is new and chic, and the unit is designed to be simple, warm and inviting to our guests.
The condo has cable and Internet access, with televisions in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom TV is Internet ready, so bring along your Netflix, Roku and/or Hulu account passwords to access your favorite television programs and movies.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire condo unit. The building, Peachtree Towers, is locked at all times, accessible only by the Concierge at the front desk or a key fob that guests have access to during their stay.
The building does not provide any luggage-holding services prior to guests' check-in at 3:00 p.m. PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT A NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY RATE AND NOT CONNECTED TO THE BUILDING.
The Neighborhood:
You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Getting Around:
Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.
Other Things to Note:
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please call Concierge, and the concierge staff will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. These steps are required to verify your booking and ensure a secure and smooth check-in experience

Nothing good about this place except kitchen. Mattress hard as a rock. No cable tv. Small $75 Wal Mart tv in living room. Did not work. When asked host-Response was “bedroom tv works”. Door to patio-broke, would not lock or close all way. Temp is controlled by building so always hot or cold-no adjustments. Host showed an 80 year old wall system that even she did not know how to operate or if it even worked. Fan in bedroom-broke. Looks like renno was done by a 12 year old. Vanity in bathroom so big, can barely get in with door open. No toilet paper holder. Ridiculous. Small PLASTIC table and chairs in dining room. Not even safe to sit on. Beggers and homeless loitering around building 24/7\. Harassed for money every time you come in or out. Buliding lot parking is $40 per day (not on listing). $35 a day for secure garage. None of the outdoor lots are safe to park overnight. Warning signs, glass on ground from break ins, etc. Host was not friendly and seemed very dishonest. Would rather drive an hour from suburbs than stay here again. I have lots of pictures. Horrible

I stayed with another person here for a nearby conference for four nights. This place had everything we needed, was very well located, and the host was friendly and responsive. I would stay there again.

#### Great location and Host!
I had a great time staying at the Peachtree Towers, located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. I went as a solo traveler and felt very safe as access to the building requires a key fob, and each room is protected by a personal PIN. They also have 24hr concierge; all of the staff were extremely friendly and the host was very accommodating!

The host Jodie, was very attentive to my needs. The condo is exactly how it is described. It is a quiet area. I was able to you the balcony since it was warm during the time I stayed.

Great location. Convenient to the sports venues. It was about a mile to MB stadium. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or needs. The battery was on the blink to the electronic lock. The host came within 15 min to fix it. Plenty of towels. The property was older but it was fine. I would recommend the host and location.

The location was Ideal due to it being a short walk from the Hyatt Regency where a confrence was that I attended. The apartment was nice, clean, and cozy. The building was also very clean. The neighborhood was to great. I praked my car on the street and it was broken into. I recommend if you drive and stay at this location find the parking garage that's close by and park there. There were a lot of homless people circling the area.
