Luxury townhouse located just minutes off of I-75 to give you very convenient access to all of the Atlanta Metro Area; 3.5 miles from Truist Park (Atlanta Braves Stadium).  
  
This townhouse has upgrades galore. Granite, high end appliances, even heated floors! Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Very private back terrace.  
Newly Renovated! New beds with very comfortable mattresses!!! All linens are luxurious high thread count.  
  
The townhouse features a master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and a 40" flat screen TV, a guest bedroom with two (2) twin size beds, a second guest bedroom with two (2) twin size beds. Bedrooms are on the 2 nd floor. A Living Room features a 42" flat screen TV, a Sofa and Loveseat.  
All bedrooms are on the second floor.  
  
42" Flat Screen TV in Living Room. 40"Flat Screed TV in Master Bedroom.  
  
2 Free Assigned Parking Spaces INCLUDED.  
WiFI is Free.  
  
We are located at Exit 261 - Delk Road on 75 North.  
No MARTA station any close.

By booking our property guests agree to our Non Smoking Policy IN and OUT and a $350 Smoking Fine Fee.
