Escape to this enchanting house in picturesque Marietta. This fantastic property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed, and a luxurious king bed. With 2 bathrooms featuring a shower and bathtub, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy amenities like iron, heating, hair dryer, AC, washing machine, and WiFi. Just minutes from historic Marietta Square, with great restaurants like Marietta Diner, shops, cafes, and the Strand Theatre. Close to Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, perfect for hiking and panoramic views. Ideal for families, with toys, outdoor space, and fast internet for remote work. 20 Min from Braves Stadium and 30 min from Mercedez Benz. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Hello! If you are renting the house and intend to do any activity that breaks even one of the rules below, we need to make it clear that we will not be happy to receive you, as we value our reputation in the neighborhood and we have to control this type of activity. There is external monitoring in the house. If any of these rules are broken, an authorized person will be sent to the house to stop the activity. If necessary, we will call the police and the reservation may be terminated. We cannot disturb the neighbors. 1\. Parties of any kind are not allowed. Intimate gatherings in a controlled and indoor environment are not a problem. 2\. The capacity of the house is 6 people. We have beds for 6 people. The maximum limit for extra guests is 4, that is, a maximum of 10 people in the house. 3\. Parking spaces are limited to 5 cars. Under no circumstances is parking allowed on the street. 4\. Do not use the grill in front of the house under any circumstances, including when it is raining. 5\. Do not hold gatherings in front of the house, use the deck behind the house for this, or the back garden. 6\. Gatherings on the deck and back garden are only allowed until 8 pm, after that go inside. 7\. No outside music is allowed, use the indoor area for this. 8\. Smoking is not allowed in the house I reiterate, do not rent this house to hold parties outside and have more people and cars than allowed and the capacity of the house. Our house rules are very simple and do not limit our guests from enjoying and making the most of their stay, do not worry about checking out guidelines, do what you can: unmake the beds you used, it is a guarantee that we will make them again with new beddings, put the trash in the trash can next to the house and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We travel a lot due to AAU and disappointing stay given the reviews and photos. Property photos just as seen BUT the condition was not even close. Please beware of the "additonal guest" charge on top of the nightly charge. No attempt to make right and host simply saying I should've said something when I booked. Then add soiled carpets, soiled couch, poor mattress in master (purchased a topper), no iron (purchased but host did drop off a used one), 4 old washcloths (purchased sponges), one blackout curtain in master, fridge not fully functioning (had to toss food), had to wipe out washer just to use, no keypad so had to use keys, no trashbags, hand soap and the list goes on. You could literally feel the springs on the master bed but host states it was new (see photo). This was our first trip back to Georgia as visitors and we wanted to make sure we found a place to stay close to family. This 3-bedroom house was the perfect size for my wife, myself as well as her brother and nephew. Conveniently located and updated amenities. Check in/out process was seamless and Fernando was very communicative. Would be happy to stay there again for our next trip to Georgia. ##### Shane S. Beds all slept well, The master bathroom had a great shower and the pressure was very nice. Had to look for some bath towels, found some in the dryer.
