Midtown is a busy commercial area and a vibrant arts hub. The High Museum of Art shows world-renowned works in a striking modern building. Peachtree Street is a hotspot for comedy, bars and big-name shops, with eating options ranging from street food to fine dining. Large, leafy Piedmont Park offers walking trails. A 24-hour fitness center, a coffee shop/café, and a 24-hour business center are available at this smoke-free apartment building. WiFi in public areas is free. Limited onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (surcharge). Reservation is needed. “We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. We came in for a music festival that was just a few blocks away, so we mostly walked while in that neighborhood. Only a mile or two from Piedmont Park and the beautiful neighborhood surrounding it. Place was pretty clean. Could use some more kitchen essentials (like a baking sheet or pans). I would suggest an extra set of pillows and blankets for guests using the futon, as well as some extra towels. Also, plan on buying some toilet paper as we only had a roll and a half for two bathrooms. Overall the place was great and VERY secure ( we had to use a code for three doors each time we entered the building). Would Suggest for anyone coming in for a nice weekend visit! ##### Naomi H.
