"Cute place for a night’s stay in the heart of the town! The keys/instructions were available for us since we had arrived late. Clean room, with the expected amenities! The extra layers helped keep us warm! Had a good rest that night!"

"Cool rural vibe that feels like you’re sleeping in a piece of history. Got in a little late but they had the room and key ready for me with a little note at the front desk. The floor is creaky and the doors are squeaky but it kind of feels like home. The mattress in room 5 was a little off where one side was hard and the other was sunken in. However, the room was very clean and it smelled nice. They have a lounge type room with a fridge and a coffee machine which is a nice little extra touch. If we’d stayed longer we would have utilized the community area in the back. Would definitely stay again!"

"I normally don’t write reviews but I am!! Everyone must experience what we did!! Absolutely amazing! Cabin was very clean and relaxing. I can’t express enough how awesome the staff was and the food was yummy!!! So if you are needing a great getaway definitely 100% stay here!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!! "The place was beautiful, clean and well suited for our large family. Plenty of space for gathering as a group as well as areas for some smaller gatherings. I really appreciated having plenty of dishes and kitchen pots and pans etc for large group cooking.Host Aaron was very easy to get ahold of with questions and made sure we had no problems checking in and out. Great stay and we will be back!"

Off Grid Cabin With WIFI! Surrounded by hiking trails, beautiful scenery

"Host was great. Loved that the cabin is off the grid and sits toward the top of a hill that is very secluded and quite. Loved that it's not far from the Payette river and all the trails to drive on, also star gazing at night is amazing. Issues we had was it wasn't the cleanest. Cabin has a serious mouse problem. Found mouse droppings and urine in all kitchen drawers and cabinets. Most of the toilet paper and bars of soap had be chewed on by mice. The beds box spring on the first floor had been all chewed up by mice. There seems to be a larger rodent living in the ceiling between the first and second floor, makes quite the commotion at night. Haha Lastly there is bats living on the front of the cabin which I do not have an issue with. We do believe tho they were getting into the cabin through the upstairs window screen that had a hole in it, was not able to close window to stop them. We did find bat feces in the upstairs on one of the window seals. We would love to stay at this off the grid cabin again but the rodent problem needs to be addressed before we stay again."
