It was a nice stay. Very hard to park on the street around it. The indoor pool is adults only, so my kids were disappointed.

This is a transactional hotel. As a loyal customer I am neither appreciated or acknowledged any different to a one off customer. Whilst the hotel is increasingly hired we have still returned to it out of loyalty and ease. Now we know it is a strictly transactional hotel with no loyalty in return we will take our custom to somewhere else where we feel appreciated. A very let down and disillusioned loyal customer for many years

We were there on business and particularly happy that needed no cabs for restaurants and good bars. Breakfast was excellent just needed some baked beanz. Rooms were clean staff friendly and were left to do what we wanted to without being pestered. Will definitely use hotel again.

Theoxenia is a Kifisia secret. It’s not only convenient to shopping and dining but also quiet and relaxing in a beautiful setting in the Athenian suburbs. I loved it!

Very pleasant stay
The hotel was very nice. The rooms where clean and with a nice smell. The personnel was very kind The only minus are: - Not available parking space - Not real double bed, but two single beds next to each other - The breakfast could have been better. It was not bad, but definitely not a 5 star. - We have been to better SPAs

Best Amenities Hotel in Kifissia
The main competitive advantage to this hotel is that it has an indoor pool an outdoor pool a hamam and a sauna. The room was classy housekeeping was friendly, I would highly recommend a room with a spa included. There are many things walking distance from this hotel which makes it very suitable including restaurants cafés shops and boutiques a grocery store snack shops and even high-end stores. You can also walk to the nearest train, currency exchange, you name it.
