You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### The Pearl of Salamina, a stylish seaside retreat

The maisonette is divided into three floors, ground floor, first and second.  
On the first there is a main bedroom with a double bed, private terrace and smart TV. And also two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave. Living room with 65-inch TV and dining room. Two main bathrooms, (one with jacuzzi bathtub) washing machine, dryer. Autonomous central cooling-heating. Aluminum frames with screens. Barbecue on the terrace.  
The second floor also has a main bedroom with a double bed, and two more bedrooms, one with two singles and the second with a single. There are also two bathrooms with toilets and bathtubs, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with large TV and a veranda overlooking the sea which is meters away.  
The sofas on the first and second floors are huge and can very comfortably sleep two more adults or children.  
On the ground floor there are two covered parking spaces. There is a WIFI -VDSL connection. The water is drinkable.  
There is a possibility of accommodating two babies in baby cots.
