This is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee. For longer-term stays, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests. We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance if you need anything. For your safety and peace of mind, a Ring camera is installed at the exterior front door. It records video and audio only in the entry area—never inside the apartment. This helps us maintain a secure, respectful environment for all guests and neighbors. 🐾 Pet-Friendly House Rules We’re happy to welcome your furry companions!
