A lovely designed apartment in the heart of Athens, in a perfect location- walking distance from all the main attractions, in the lively neighbourhood of Pssirri. The apartment has a queen size bed, cosy seating area, small dining table and all the things you need for a short vacation in Athens.   
The building has a shared rooftop with an outdoor siting area and a view to the Acropolis hill, and it is is connected to STARLINK fast satellite internet.  
  
Tessera is an apartment building in the center of Athens, With 11 apartments over 7 floors.   
The guests has an access to a shared rooftop with siting area and a view to the Acropolis hill.  
The building is connected to Starlink satellite internet, perfect for remote working.   
  
Psyri is a cool, buzzing neighborhood in Athens that perfectly blends old and new. Known for its energetic atmosphere, you'll find charming cafes, unique boutiques, and delicious eateries serving a mix of traditional Greek and modern cuisine. As night falls, Psyri transforms into a vibrant hub with bars and live music venues that are perfect for when you're looking to unwind. The Building is just 2 minutes walking distance from Monastiraki Metro station, and 6 minutes from Omonia station. There are some parking lots around the area, but not many street parking spots.

\- Please do not throw any paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.  
  
\- Smoking is allowed only at the shared rooftop on the top floor.  
  
\- The tap water is drinkable.  
  
\- No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the  
neighbours.
