Idyllic view even from the ground floor and one of the most beautiful balconies in the Aegean. It is located in a closed private complex with 4 private beaches. It was completely renovated in the first half of 2023, with luxurious specifications and modern minimal decoration with branded materials. It has a thermal facade and thermo-switchable Europa frames with automatic electric shutters and screens. It is a Smart Home equipped with the most modern electrical appliances.
