Welcome to Moschato City Flat, an elegant three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the first floor, easily accessible via stairs.  
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, an aristocratic armchair, and a stylish dining table with six chairs. The room also features a 50" smart TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Patio doors open onto a beautifully furnished balcony with comfortable outdoor seating, offering views of the city.  
  
As you move further, you'll find the open-plan kitchen, seamlessly connected to the living area. This fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and a chic dining table with four chairs. Designed to meet all your needs, the kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick meal or enjoying a leisurely breakfast.  
  
The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, adorned in earthy tones and equipped with a cozy queen-size bed, a laptop table, spacious wardrobes, and plenty of natural light. Balcony doors from the master bedroom lead to the shared veranda, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and view.  
  
The second bedroom, also decorated in earthy tones, features a comfortable queen-size bed and ample closet space. The bright and cheerful atmosphere of this room creates a warm and welcoming environment for relaxation. Additionally, patio doors provide direct access to the shared veranda.  
  
The third bedroom is bright and spacious, decorated in warm tones and equipped with two single beds, a large desk, and roomy wardrobes. This room also benefits from abundant lighting, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. Patio doors also lead to the shared veranda.  
  
The contemporary bathroom is designed with a bathtub-jacuzzi, offering a delightful experience for your relaxation.

The Port of Piraeus is just a 20-minute drive away, Freatida Beach is 15 minutes by car, and Monastiraki Square is a 20-minute drive.  
  
This prime location ensures that all the attractions and amenities of Athens are within close reach, making Moschato City Flat the perfect choice for your stay. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.

The place was spacious and clean, located in a good neighborhood.The check in process was fairly easy and the host communicated timely.The biggest issue was that the posting says there are two twin beds in one of the rooms and that is inaccurate. I communicated with the host and we were told to pull out a bed from underneath the twin bed, however when you do that the bed drops and you cannot lay down on it. I told the host that did not seem safe, he said someone would come to drop bedding/sheets for the pull out bed and set it up for us. However, they dropped the sheets but did not set up the second bed. They knew we were six people and should have everything set up before our arrival. They then texted me that I should have someone sleep in the sofa for an “easy” solution.We paid for accommodation for six people and expected to have beds for all of us.
