Nestled in a charming neighborhood, our spacious property combines modern comforts with a cozy ambiance. Step inside to find a beautifully designed open-concept living area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen boasts ample counter space and modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or unwind on the comfy couches after a day of exploring. Each of the three bedrooms offers a peaceful retreat, with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The master suite features an ensuite bath, providing you with a private oasis. The first additional bedroom includes a double bed, and the second includes a double bed with a twin-sized trundle. Outside, the neighborhood invites you to take leisurely strolls, and with downtown Athens just 2.5 miles away, you'll have easy access to its vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Sports fans will love being only 3.5 miles from Sanford Stadium, where you can catch a game and soak up the local atmosphere. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, New Haven at Towne Square is the perfect base for your Athens adventure. We can't wait to host you!
