### The Mirador Boutique Villa with Scenic Sea View

This luxurious villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It is 15 minutes from the airport, 28 minutes from Athens and a few minutes from several beaches. The perfect place for vacation, relaxation or business!  
Enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and the enchanting bay of Porto Rafti, or observe the starry sky during the night.  
The villa is very close to the international airport and via the Attica road, half an hour to the capital and to the historical center of Athens, as well as to the largest port of the country, Piraeus.  
The villa has 3 levels. On the first floor there is a large living room with a combined kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances while a large dining room is hosted in the same room. The visitor can dine at the table on the balcony on this floor where the view is stunning. There is also a bedroom with a small bathroom.  
Between the 1st and 2nd floors there is a large bathroom with a bathtub.  
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large bathroom and a veranda with fantastic sea views, and the second one with two single beds. A small living room is also housed in the large bedroom.  
Above the 2nd floor, there is a large loft with a bedroom and a living room in the same room. A small bathroom is also available.  
The villa is surrounded by 2 large courtyards with a total area of 260 sq.m. The first courtyard features parking space and the second one a stone barbecue.  
All floors communicate with wooden staircases.  
The villa features heating and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour hot water. It also has three TVs, Wi-Fi internet, CD, radio, private parking.  
The floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea, the city or the mountain.  
At the disposal of the visitor is the use of the garden and the barbecue.  
Within a stone's throw of the Villa there are popular shopping chains, many restaurants, traditional taverns, supermarkets, bars, cafes, clubs.  
Activities offered in Porto Rafti: cycling in the sea or in the mountains, fishing, summer cinema, walking.  
At 1000 meters from the Villa, there is a sandy beach with free entry (Erotospilia), offering a great choice for swimming, sunbathing and water sports, while at a further distance there are countless other beaches. The coastline of Rafina, Artemida, Porto Rafti, Kakia Sea, Lavrio, Sounio are the ideal choice for swimming, hiking, nightlife and dining.  
A beautiful destination is at 40 km. where Sounio Cape is located with the Temple of Poseidon. There, you can admire the sunset overlooking the Aegean Sea.  
At 20 km there is the Attica Zoological Park and right next to it, the largest discount village in Greece, McArthurGlen Athens.  
Athens and Piraeus are approximately 40 and 45 km from the Villa. In Athens you can visit the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, Monastiraki, Plaka and many other historical monuments, while from the port of Piraeus you can take a boat to the islands of Aegina, Salamina, Agistri, Poros, Hydra, etc. .  
  
For your trips there are bus, metro, taxi. The nearest Metro station (Koropi) is at 15 km distance from the Villa, through which the Athens Historic Center is easily accessible as well as most of the attractions of the Attica Territory.  
For guests who want to be autonomous and to facilitate their travel to the beaches, airport, harbor etc., it is recommended to rent a car, directly from the airport or the port.

#### You will love the views but be prepared to "drive" for it!

Mirador is a beautiful villa, nicely maintained, gated parking for 1car but safe to park on the street. We enjoyed our stay and made many wonderful memories. Things I point out are more as an FYI for the guests and things that hosts can easily improve on to make guests more comfortable. Location: close drive from the airport, a few minutes by car from the town amenities BUT you are not likely to walk to any of them. You might walk to the beach (a few of us did :) but it is a STEEP walk. It is also a STEEP drive, so either rent an automatic drive or don't beat yourself up for stalling a few times before learning the road. Description of the layout of this house is very accurate! We had a mini family reunion, and multiple levels was one of the main reasons we picked this house, 3 bathrooms was another :) Our occupancy plan had to change when we discovered there are only 2 AC wall units on the two upper levels (the loft bedroom and the primary bedroom en suite) the other 3 lower levels did not. That left our elderly parents having to hike up to the closest room with AC. There are fans in the other two bedrooms but even with doors open it got pretty hot in August. Kitchen can use some attention. At the very least it needs a microwave! And it would have been lovely to have more sitting outdoors to enjoy the view. Dining room and outside area offers 6 chairs each. I would also recommend that you offer beach towels for the guests and stock the house better for long term guests.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La villa était impeccable, propre et très bien aménagé et la vue est magnifique ! Il faut absolument une voiture pour accéder à la villa ! Les propriétaires nous ont fournis toutes les informations nécessaires pour passé un séjour en toute tranquillité dont une belle petite plage situé à 1km de la villa. Nos enfants ont adorés le séjour et ne voulez plus partir. Encore merci à Evangelia pour cette excellente prestation !

#### Wonderful Christmas Getaway

We spent a wonderful Christmas week in Athens and surrounding areas, and this villa was well located for our adventures. The owners were incredible to work with, kind, and met our every need. This was our first trip to Greece, and they provided links to activities, restaurants, supermarkets, and so much else! The villa was spacious for our family of 6, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

#### Best stay ever from best owners we have met for vacation stay

We stayed her for our family of 5 for 10 days in July 2019\. The owners were fantastic everything was better than described and the pictures did not do justice to how nice the Villa is. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. There was more than enough room for our large family to relax and have a great experience in Porto Rafti. It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the Amazing beaches and restaurants around the coast away from bysines

#### Beautiful home with amazing view of sea.

This house was perfect for us. The hosts are so helpful and kind. Couldn't have asked for better. The location was a little off the beaten path. Would have rented a car from the airport had we known. Panagiotis took care of that problem for us though by carrying us back to the airport after our arrival to rent a car. Porto Rafti is a beautiful seaside village with beaches, restaurants and more. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to avoid the chaos of downtown Athens. We drove there and took a sailing tour one day, so had the best of both worlds.
