The villa spans three levels, covering a total area of 400 sq.m. on a 360 sq.m. plot,. It features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious verandas, and breathtaking garden and sea views from the second floor. The ground floor includes an open plan area with two lounges and a dining room, all elegantly furnished, along with a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
