\- Please ensure the hot water switch remains off while there is sunlight. If there is no sunlight, you may turn on the hot water switch for a maximum of 30 minutes, after which it must be switched off again. (Failure to comply may result in penalties.)  
\- Smoking in the apartments is prohibited.  
\- Pick up from and return keys to the Lockbox at check-in and check-out.  
\- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property permanently during your stay is \[4\].
