There is a main entrance to 3 private villas. They each have their own garden entrances. This rental is in an apartment within a villa & it has its own private entrance. (The villa itself has 2 main entrances).  
  
The apartment has an open plan living-room/kitchenette which has air-conditioning and via the glass sliding doors allows accesses to the outdoor terrace and garden. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, electric kettle, portable electric hob & a microwave. In this open plan space there is a dining table, leather sofa bed which when opened can accommodate 2 children. There is also a wardrobe with hanging space & draws.  
  
There is a bedroom with air-conditioning and a double bed, a desk, cupboard & a library of which you may browse & borrow the books but they cannot be taken outside of the property. There are also some gameboards. In the hallway, there is also another wardrobe with hanging space.  
  
The bathroom has 2 marble sinks, a separate shower & a jacuzzi. There is a separate WC for the toilet.  
  
The garden has a salt water swimming pool & outdoor shower, a large tiled area, a lawn area, outdoor sofa, sun beds & a barbeque. Kindly note that the out door area is shared only with the owner of the villa & 2 small friendly dogs

Air-conditioned for your comfort, the living space features glass sliding doors that open onto a delightful outdoor terrace and garden area. The kitchenette is equipped with modern amenities including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, portable electric hob, and a microwave, ensuring convenience during your stay.  
  
Within this welcoming space, a dining table beckons for shared meals, while a plush leather sofa bed provides additional sleeping arrangements for two guests. A wardrobe offers ample storage space for belongings, ensuring a clutter-free environment.  
  
Venture further to find a cozy bedroom adorned with air-conditioning and a comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. A desk, cupboard, and a library stocked with books and gameboards add to the homely atmosphere. Guests are welcome to peruse the collection of books, although they must remain within the property premises. Additionally, a hallway wardrobe provides additional storage for clothing and personal items.  
  
The bathroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring two marble sinks, a separate shower, and a rejuvenating jacuzzi for indulgent moments of relaxation. A separate WC offers added convenience.  
  
Outside, the garden beckons with its allure of a saltwater swimming pool and an invigorating outdoor shower. Enjoy leisurely days lounging on sun beds or gathering around the outdoor sofa for lively conversations. A large tiled area and a lush lawn create the perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment, while a barbecue invites alfresco dining experiences.  
  
Please note that while the outdoor area is shared with the villa owner and their two small friendly dogs, guests are ensured a tranquil and enjoyable stay amidst the serene surroundings.
