We had the family room which was very convenient. However it would be better much better if more hooks and shelves are provided specially in the toilet and shower area. Water bottles were not given on daily basis!

Spent a week at the hotel for my birthday in the penthouse with the private rooftop jacuzzi. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even called me the morning of my birthday and had a birthday gift waiting for me upon arrival. The room was fantastic with incredible views of the sun setting over the Aegean. I will be staying exclusively at this hotel from now on when I come to Athens. Highly highly recommend!

Great place. Staff made me feel special which is rare these days. Don’t forget to ask about the sauna and steam room. It’s a great treat option that others don’t have. Highly recommend. Will be returning if I’m in the area. Thank you for making my stay nice and easy.

We had a most pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping, a big shoutout to Katerina, Anastasia, the 2 Johns, Christos, Alexandra, and a few others whose name we might have missed. The room is clean, although a bit small even though it’s a “family room”. The card keys also didn’t work consistently and so we have to bring it back to reception to reset them. All these however are minor. We didn’t have a chance to eat at their restaurant but it looks very nice and cozy. At the back is a big patio where the pool and gym are located. The warm welcome we received at the hotel upon arrival and the accommodating service all throughout our 8-night stay are enough points to me to consider this midsize hotel as a favorite place in Athens. A home away from home. We’d like to stay in this hotel again the next time we visit Athens.

This hotel is infested with ants and even worse has sewer smell issues. The 1st room I stayed in had ants, they moved me to a 2nd room that the same issue. The 3rd room they moved me to smelled like sewer and had ants. This is a harmful odor to my health, I complained to the hotel and they told me they would remedy it. After returning from the beach I spoke to the front desk they told me everything was fixed and the odor was gone. I went to my room only to find out they lied to me and it still smelled like sewage! They finally offered for me to move again to a 4th room, but only for 2 days and I would have to move again to a 5th room b/c they were booked and I had a "long stay," they said. Absolutely unacceptable and unheard of so I checked out 5 days early! The rooms are very small, the stairs are dirty, this hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. Noisy as it's next to the highway and there is construction noise from the building being built right next-door. Save your money, time, health and mental well being and go somewhere else. Take pics/vids and document your issues b/c Expedia will not help you nor will the hotel admit fault. Call your credit card for a full refund!

The staff is excellent. The rooms are new but small. Room service is a no no. They charge 5 euro to bring up anything from the bar. So even a bottle of water which is 50 cents they charge 5 euros to bring. I would say 4 star not 5. The staff is 5 stars. The hotel 4 or 3.5

The property itself is great. The road is very noisy due to cars and motorcycles speeding excessively. There is also construction noise from the property next door, which has taken away the Ozean view.

This property is a scam, it is a fraud. It is not definitely a 5 star hotel. It is a maximum 3 star hotel. photos does not match the reality. Super small rooms. Very very rude manager. Breakfast is a disaster. Air conditioning stoped working several time. Believe me nothing is even close to a 5 start hotel!! Elevator is a joke for a “5star” hotel. Hallways are too small!!! Mini bar does not have anyyyy thing. Cats are eating left overs in patio on the table!!! No one care to clean up there! I have many photos and videos to share about all these problems including people behavior. Bathrooms are very very small I definitely deserve a full refund but no one care at Expedia or this hotel! This hotel is not a 5 start hotel!!!!!!

the stay was terrible. aunts on the bed sheets sand in the bed, and on the sheets this hotel is not a 5 star by any standard. it is definitely a scam! the cleaning lady is waring her gym cloths and the porter was a painter wearing a workers overall full of paint stains!! what i saw in this hotel i haven't seen in any 5 star hotel in my life the peoples attitude is terrible and they will not allow you to speak to the hotel general manager no matter how much you ask> the whole hotel has 4 people working there including the cleaners and painter/ porter! my stay was terrible by all means! the sales manager is extremely rude and thinks she is manging the 4 seasons! how ever the four seasons staff are polite and know how to have a positive engagement! i was forced to upgrade for a suit only to accommodate my 9 year old! don't stay at this nasty hotel ! its truly disgusting and they don't even have the decency to acknowledge their flows let alone apologise! this is a one star hotel max.

Decent hotel.
Nice hotel. Not 5* nice but maybe a 4*. Staff were helpful, room was clean. Pool area is very humid and beach nearby has no facilities so we cabbed it to beaches. Staff couldn’t do enough but service was a bit slow in restaurant. No nearby restaurants- 15 min walk to Glyfada with kids.

We were so disappointed with our stay. We booked 4 nights with 2 babies and they didn’t want to let us have the room we booked because it was a max of one baby and we have two. So we asked if we could buy another room bigger on hotels but they didn’t want us to do that. They said the only thing they could do is let us stay 2 nights instead of 4. It was very expensive out of our budget. The managers were not honest and took advantage of the fact we had missed our plane and we’re exhausted. I don’t recommend this hotel. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Also the first night after charging us double our budget they gave us the room near the highway very loud, couldn’t sleep at night.

As per above, we reserved accordingly and we were quite surprised when we welcomed 2 Adults and 2 children instead of only 2 Adults, during the check in. Of course we were more than happy to offer you an additional room, so that you could be comfortable and not accommodate you in one classic room as you instisted, as it can not accommodate two baby cots. and we invested a lot of time to find the best suitable solution for you and your family, at first offering a Family Room which you found expensive. The second option that we offered after making a lot of adjustments to the allocation was for an additional adjoining room, which was again out of your budjet. Therefore, we happily amended your reservation to a Junior Suite as per your decission and wishes for a shorter period of time, were you stayed and on the second day of your stay, we again happily moved you to a second room, with a better view, since you did not like the first one. We regret that despite all our efforts, you did not feel welcome and wish that the next time you will travel to our Area, you will give us the chance to provide an even more personalized service than the one you had. The property is in ideal location if you want to be in Athens yet close to the beach. Everything was great except we received a lot of conflicting information from the staff about services, trips, facilities, covid tests etc. I know they all meant well , they just didn’t know what they were talking about

Pictures of the property online are really deceiving... looks much better in pictures than it actually is. We checked in and went up to our room to found it not cleaned up. Receptionist was very kind and upgraded us to a supposedly better room, and still was so small there was barely any room to open our luggage. It’s basically situated on a highway like main road, so extremely noisy and no shutters or blackout curtains. Should not be called a boutique hotel but more like a fancy motel.

Maybe a 4-star
This hotel was new in the area. As you would expect, things were clean and the staff were trying their best. We stayed for just a night due to a ferry delay and overall this hotel should be at a 4-star level. Rooms were small but the amenities were good. Close to the ocean beach in a quiet neighborhood. Yiu must have a car as public places and nearby restaurants and other attractions are far out. I recommend the hotel open up sauna for free to hotel guests. At €20 per person/use, i thought it was bit too fetched. Great ready ordered breakfast though.

The hotel is situated next to a busy road and the rooms have absolutely no soundproofing! This was one of the noisiest rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly, the breakfast was wonderful, but it wasn't possible to have a good nights rest.

Because it was recently redone, this hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast and staff were great for our needs. It was convenient to the x96 airport bus and the tram. We will stay here again

Great location, friendly staff Room was not clean enough for 5 star hotel specially the bed was full of hair.
