Quick escape from the city to a picturesque retreat in the “Piney Woods” of East Texas. Located in charming Athens, Texas, this log cabin features all the comforts you expect at home. Conveniently located between Cedar Creek Reservoir and Lake Athens, there are plenty of activities on the water. Local family attractions include “First Monday Trade Days” in Canton, New York Texas Zip Line Adventures, Rocky Ridge Drive-Thru Safari, Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center, River Run ATV Park, East Texas Arboretum and the historic square in downtown Athens.
