Only a few minutes walk to the beach.If you don't have good walking skills, a car is a must since you'll have to climb a steep hill to get to the place.Panos, the landlor, who is an extremely nice and friendly guy, always answered ours questions. We booked this placed because of the view, the great price, and the proximity to Athens (without having to stay in the city). The deck overlooking the ocean is perfect. The location in Saronida was great for restaurants and getting to the grocery store. The apartment itself was clean and was convenient for hanging out or making our own meals. Panos was fantastic! He drove us to various events (into Athens, to the port for ferry trips, to Sounio to see to the Temple of Poseidon) and also had great recommendations for where to eat in Saronida. We very much enjoyed the balcony, a couple of sunbeds would've been a brilliant addition. In order to get the views you are at the top of a very steep hill something to keep in mind if you're less mobile and no car. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, braucht unbedingt ein Auto, da man einen sehr steilen Berg hoch muss um ans Apartment zu gelangen. Panos ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter, er hat immer auf offene Fragen geantwortet. Es gab ein paar Sachen die uns gestört haben, die Markise konnte nicht rausgefahren werden und die Wohnung hätte etwas besser gereinigt sein können.
