This private residence of the 19th century has just been renovated into a modern, comfort habitat; a real oasis in its urban surroundings.  
This neoclassical type of semi-detached building is so characteristic of this neighborhood and of the architectural typology of its period (1860) and has been elegantly decorated with modern art and furniture.
