### Brand new Ermou Street with skyline views

A visit to Ermou Street is a must when you are in Athens. Staying in it is a unique opportunity, offered by this sunny, minimalist and luxurious suite. A private balcony overlooking the street (with amazing skyline views), toiletries, a comfortable bed, Netflix, mini-fridge, and plenty of storage are just some of the amenities in this brand new suite. Designed and managed with the best possible guest experience in mind, it is ideal for both leisure and business travel.  
The space  
This suite is located on the sixth floor of an apartment building and is accessible by both stairs and a lift.  
The suite consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and private balcony. The bed is king size with a very comfortable mattress, the bathroom has a shower and the living room has a smart TV with Netflix, espresso machine, mini fridge, safe, kettle and toaster. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs. Both the living room and bedroom have built in home offices. The door is a security door, the windows are double glazed and linen and bedding are provided.
