It is ideal for families, friends or couples, for up to four guests, where the two of them can sleep in the bedroom, and the other two, in the living room, on a sofa bed. There is plenty of storage space for everyone. There are air conditioners and televisions in every room. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comfort for preparing meals during your stay. The apartment includes cooking utensils and appliances such as refrigerator, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker and kettle. The balcony doors and the main door of the apartment open onto a large private terrace with garden view. The courtyard has exclusive use by guests ´, while the hosts use it only as a passageway. It has a very nice and comfortable bathroom and has a shower ´with rain shower head. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as detergents. Hosts: Sheila and Yannis. People hospitable, available and willing for anything you need. Neighborhood The nearest beach in Kalamaki is just 1,6 km away, about 20 minutes walk. It is centrally located in the southern suburbs of Athens, in a location where four buses pass by, two of which are bound for the centre of Athens, and the other two are bound for the centre of Piraeus. The buses, numbers 217 and 229, arrive at Daphne Station in about 25 minutes, if you take them from the nearest bus stop to the apartment. Then, from there, the red metro line runs directly to the centre of Athens. It takes 8 minutes to the Acropolis metro station and 10 minutes to the Syntagma metro station. Nearby also, there are shops, cafes, bakeries, souvlaki, restaurants with Greek and foreign cuisine, grocery store and super market that are open even on Sundays until 11.00 pm. Every Friday at 120m away, there is a farmers' market where you can find fresh fish, fruits and vegetables from local producers.
