Surrounded by towering pines, this fully furnished escape sleeps 10 and features an indoor fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, foosball table, and private deck with grill for BBQs and outdoor fun. Kids and adults alike will love nearby fishing, kayaking, swimming, and seasonal ATV/snowmobile trails. End the day with s’mores around the firepit. Only a short drive to Wausaukee for dining, shopping, and small-town charm!

Bedroom 1: King memory foam mattress, closet for storage, attached to full bathroom with stand-up shower.

Sleeping Nook: Located in the lower living area, featuring four twin beds for extra sleeping space.

Two bedrooms are located on the second level, one bedroom and bunk area are located on the lower level.

Lower Level Full Bathroom: Stand-up shower.

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available.

Smart TV`s, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. Gather at the dining table, set for up to 8 guests, with additional seating available at the outdoor dining area.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located on the lower level, just across from the full bathroom. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

No pets allowed at this time. Bringing a pet onto the property will result in a $500 fee, and additional cleaning or damage repair costs may also be charged to the guest.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets.

We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located in a quiet, wooded area with minimal nearby homes, offering a private and peaceful setting close to lakes, trails, and the town of Wausaukee.

A car is recommended for exploring the area. The cabin is just minutes from Wausaukee and about 40 minutes from Marinette. Enjoy easy access to nearby lakes, trails, and attractions, with on-site parking available for multiple vehicles.

The grill is located on the deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located inside the back door. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
-Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
