Unfortunately staff are very very not supportive- literally when arrived I was asked for an ID and Credit card and that’s all the information ( words ) I got from the staff - the Bed was made strange as the mattress was not fully covered. Didn’t even bother to ask the staff (guy ) as again no very supportive- won’t go back again. Thank you

Pool was very dirty, looked like black mold 3 staff members at front desk but nobody knew fax number, printer in business area out of ink
