Welcome to the one and only, Santa Cruz Villa! A designer estate for up to 8 guests in the middle of wine country on the Central Coast. \* 3 bedroom 2 bath w/ 1 King and 2 Queen beds \* Professional style air mattress for 7th and 8th guest \* \~1500sqft of living space \* \~750sqft of outdoor patio w/ ceiling fans \* \~400sqft sunroom w/ gym and outdoor games \* 1/2 acre \* Pet friendly \* Amazing over head lights outside to create a great ambiance \* Spectacular firepit to enjoy company The Santa Cruz Villa features an amazing large open concept designer style that ties the living room, kitchen and dining room together into one big entertaining space. As you walk through the front door you will be greeted by the large TV over the fireplace, a love seat, a 3 person couch and a recliner. As you walk just beyond the living room furniture you will find yourself in the masterpiece kitchen that any chef would die to host any meal of the day in. Enjoy your takeout at the grand kitchen island or your fabulous home cooked meals at the 4 person dinning room table. Next to the fireplace we have created a workstation for all the traveling workers out there to stay plugged in when required or for additional dinning space. Just off the dinning room is the sun-room. Here we have set up a grand small exercise room with some small free weights and elastic bands. Also, here you will find the fun outdoor games we have provided for you and your friends and family. Just outside the sun-room awaits the large backyard with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and stretch your legs. The backyard features a large grass area for backyard sports and enjoyment, a propane fire pit for those chilly nights outside, a sink and BBQ to cook those delicious summer meals on. There is also a large outdoor patio lounge to relax on under the patio cover with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The bedrooms are great size for you and your family to make yourselves at home. The master suite features a very comfortable large king size bed with 1000 thread count sheets. Here you can watch any of your favorite shows on the TV or access the magnificent backyard from the sliding glass door. This room also features a large attached bathroom with a his and hers sink with a mirror over one sink and a makeup mirror over the other. There is an amazing walk-in shower in this bathroom with a Bluetooth speaker built in to enjoy your time getting ready. The master also has ample closet space to unload your bags into. In this closet you will find the top of the line air mattress with its bedding items and the pack-n-play with baby monitor for the little travelers in your life. The other two rooms feature luxurious queen size beds and closets with room for all your belongings. The two spare bedrooms share a beautiful hall bathroom with a full-size bathtub and shower combo. Getting around the neighborhood and local areas is very easy, Uber and Lyft are very much available in this area! You will find that a lot of the neighbors here walk the streets for evening or morning exercise. Take the pooch for a stroll! You'll both enjoy it. Parking is ample around the house. The garage is yours for your stay, park there if you'd like. In the driveway is just fine as well as on the street. This get-a-way is conveniently located with easy on/off access to highway 101, but far enough away that you will not hear the busyness of the road. We hope you decide to stay with us during your trip! We know that you will enjoy every bit that we have to offer here on the beautiful Central Coast! We like to leave our guest be to let them enjoy their stay, but do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns or questions. I am available via text or phone call during your stay. Text is preferred. After your booking is complete, I will provide you with your own personal access code to the property. Safe Travels! The neighborhood is somewhat rural. Quiet street off the beaten path. Many neighbors in the area can be found walking the streets for exercise throughout the day. The Santa Cruz Villa is a quick drive to and from the HWY 101\. Very easy to find and not far from the highway. Parking is ample at the house. The garage can park 2 cars and the concrete driveway has room for 4 more, and 2 next to the driveway and 3 on the street. Many people find the neighborhood enjoyable for morning or evening walks. Uber and Lyft drivers can pick you up at the house or coordinate a wine tour bus to take you anywhere you'd like in the area. This home is built on a raised foundation. This was the first time my family stayed at an ABNB and it did not disappoint! We are normally hotel people, with majority of our family spending time working in hospitality, so this was a welcome change. The location was great, being close enough to Pismo Beach (our destination spot for our trip), but far away enough to not have to deal with the beach traffic. We were there to visit family and allowed us the space we needed plus much more (1/2 acre) and included all amenities we needed, plus many more, parking in a garage, massive kitchen to entertain the whole family and a pristine outdoor patio and yard to play. Our dog had a blast with all the space too. Will be our go-to place when we come back again. ##### Sean W. My family of four and a dog stayed at Mitch's house for five days and we had a wonderful time there! The house is nicely updated and decorated. It's very clean, neat, spacious and comfortable inside out. The kitchen is equipped with nice appliances and everything we needed. The huge backyard is the best -- we barbequed almost every night, our teen boys enjoyed games of cornhole, and our dog loved to roll and play frisbee on the grass. ##### Jen C. The home is spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We went up for a weekend of wine tasting, and chose to stay here so we could bring our dog, and cook our own meals. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking equipment, cups, and plates. The two queens and king beds were perfect for our couples get away. Mitch is very hospitable and ensure you are ready for trip. He also and provides information quickly to any questions you may have. ##### Lauren B. The house was spacious, clean and accessable. The yard was fantastic ! Large, totally fenced, firepit, BBQ.....What more could we ask for!? The overhead lights in the yard made it very festive! The yard was large and there were yard games to enjoy. Outdoor firepit was an added plus. The house could use lighting and luggage stands in the bedrooms. There is a fire pit and patio with a comfortable patio set. The house all Has corn hole and other games that can be played with the family.
