Staying here was one of our highlights. The onsen was amazing. Clean and very enjoyable. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. The futons were very soft, and the air circulation was good. The only thing is, i wish we booked more nights here.

I stayed for one night with my friend and it was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is convenient to the station and they offer a pick up/drop off service. My room was great and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Thank you!

For the customer who wants to experience food, should reserve the dinner and/or lunch when you make a reservation. The hotel is on the hill, may ask hotel for a shuttle bus for visit, it is little hard to walk to the hotel. Views was very good and quiet, I enjoyed it very much.

#### The hotel is on a very steep hill!!!

I guess I didn’t check the location more carefully. But it was very steep hill to walk to this hotel. You need to have strength to get there! Even though it’s about 10 mins walk from the station, it was challenging. I asked the staff if they offer ride but only when you arrive and leave at certain time, which we didn’t know until later. Maybe it wasn’t busy season when we went later in October? We didn’t see almost any other guests at the hotel! Ok, I saw one lady. The elevator was no a/c and unbelievably hot! We stopped using it. The breakfast was a Japanese traditional style with local fish. We stayed 2 nights. It was exactly the same food for 2 days. I think if you want to see fireworks, this is good as you can see the ocean. Otherwise remember you need to walk very steep hill even in rain!! Their futon is very thin! It was hard to sleep! The room is clean and their hot springs are fine. When we leave the hotel they gave us ride to the station.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They speak a little English, but it was not a problem at all. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. The view with the ocean was wonderful. The room was clean. We will come back. ありがとう。

Staff were very kind & helpful. There was a misunderstanding with our room due a web issue which they quickly worked to rectify - excellent service. We spoke Japanese so not sure if they can speak much English. They had a bus to give us a lift down to the station after check-out. The breakfast option was really worth the additional cost - it was wonderful

#### 快適に過ごせました

夜は熱海駅周辺で食事をしたかったので、朝食付きのプランにしました。 朝食は品数が多く、また美味しくとても満足でした。 ホテル自体は古く同様に設備も古いものの、清潔に保たれ不満はありませんでした。 風呂は大風呂が一つとサウナがあり、快適に使用できました。 フロントの女性の方は外国籍の方でしたが、日本語が流暢で何も問題ありませんでした。

料理は最高においしかったです。また、スパークリングや赤白ワインも期待以上でした。 温泉は設備が古く露天もなく、外の景色は見えないのは残念でした。設備は古いですが清掃はしっかりされていました。全体としては価格に見合ったサービスと感じました。

電源がひとつしか部屋にない、古いホテルでリノベーションしているとは思いますが、PC、モバイル等同時に充電できない

快適に過ごせましたが、唯一難点でしたのが、客室の4階は3階から階段を利用しなければならなかった事です。高齢者同伴でしたから苦慮しました。 その他は申し分なかったです。
