Incredible experience I loved absolutely everything about this stay, only wishing we had booked to stay longer. Staff were fantastic to speak with and we were very well looked after. The room was comfortable with a great view. They made our beds while we had dinner. We stayed in a Tatami Japanese style room, and sleeping was very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the hot springs comfortable. facilities, room comfort #### これならビジネスホテルの方が全然良い 大浴場更衣室には小さい蟻がたくさん。 泊まった部屋の障子はやぶれてる。 朝の大浴場、シャワーの温度が上がらない。 部屋までの案内スタッフの挙動が自信なさげなのに笑顔を作るのは叩き込まれてるのか不自然だし逆に腹立つ。他のスタッフもレベルはそんなに高くない。 conditions & facilities, room comfort #### また利用したいです❣️ 8歳、3歳の子供と主人の4人でお世話になりました。商店街を抜けたらすぐという素晴らしい立地。駅からバスを利用しての観光にとても便利でした。スタッフの方々の対応もとても良く、子供向けのヨーヨー釣りや早朝のところてん、食後のコーヒーサービスなどがロビーであったり、小さな気配り満載でした。 家族風呂「お宮の湯」を利用させていただいたのですが、おちついた雰囲気でプチ贅沢な気分を味わわせていただき、子供たちも喜んでいました。洗い場の蛇口が１つしかなかったのが少々残念。２つあると、家族が同時に体を洗えるのになあと感じました。 お食事がとにかく美味しく、大満足でした。昨年までオシャレな某有名リゾートに行くことが多かったのですが、どこも食事がまずくいつもがっかり、価格とサービスのバランスが悪いと感じていたのですが、今回は大満足でした。 部屋のお風呂が汚い等の書き込みを見ましたが、それは古いから仕方のないこと。我が家は水着を干すのに利用しただけですし、全然マイナスポイントには感じませんでした。 是非また利用したいです❣️ 令人感到舒適愉快的溫泉旅館 這次是家族旅行，book左3間唔同類型房間，每間都有驚喜，晚餐同早餐出息，酒店職員好nice,浸完溫泉，有個休息室，有按摩椅，大堂有爆谷任食，有軟雪糕店，朝早有咖啡任飲，入住前email 酒店想全家一齊食晚飯同早飯，酒店好快回覆，安排得好好，全家都滿意。
