Good value for money. However, please note: • The location is quite far from the seaside, about a 15–20 minute walk. • The building layout is complex, with many stairs. • Overall cleanliness is acceptable. • It is evident that the place is understaffed — most of the time, only one staff member is present. • It may be difficult to find assistance when needed, as the staff might be on an upper floor. • Breakfast is extremely simple. • Be aware that the curfew is at 11:00 PM

#### Great stay at Traditional Ryokan (on budget)

The hotel is very great! If you search t sleep in a very traditionnal japanese Ryokan (tatami bed, and futon bed), it's perfect. For a budget price, we got a huge room of 45m2 with sea view! At night, we can hear the nice sound of river. The hotel is 13min by walk from atami station and 9min from beach (just follow the river, between very quite old streets). The spa is small but very nice too!

少し道が入り組んでるので分かりずらいですが、駅から近く助かりました。 無料の朝ご飯(パンとゆで卵、バナナにグレープフルーツ、ホットコーヒー)付きも朝からほっこりしました。 子供にも優しく対応して下さり嬉しかったです。 温泉は少しぬるめかなと思いましたが、違う所もぬるかったので熱海温泉はこうゆうものなのかなと知りました。 また熱海に行く時はお願いします。

サービス等良かったのですが、一緒にいた男性いわく宿泊の夜と次の日の朝浴場に行くとシャワーが冷たかったとのこと。 12月に行ったのですが、いまだにそこだけが嫌で次回宿泊はどうするか迷ってます。 朝ごはんはめちゃくちゃ簡易的です。 食べ歩きコース旅行には良いですがちゃんと食べたい人はかなり物足りないです。 スタッフの方は親切です。 そこはオススメします！

宿泊前から駐車場のご連絡をいただくなど、宿の方の対応は丁寧でありがたかったです。 残念だったのが、Wi-Fiの接続が悪かったのと、電波じたいも弱く仕事がほぼ出来なかったことです。

昭和な民宿です。設備は古いですが、清掃が行き届いており、嫌な気は全くしませんでした。 ちょっと布団が薄っぺらい煎餅布団で寝づらかったです。 コスパは最高に良い民宿だと思いますよ。

Location of this ryokan was away from busy street close to Konomiya shrine. Very quiet and cozy If you like to have retro ryokan experience (don’t compare to fancy Ryotei style) this is the perfect place to stay

#### レトロ感があってのんびり出来る旅館

良い意味でレトロな感じが残っている旅館ですが、決して不潔ではなくとても綺麗で清潔感はあります。個人的には露天風呂が好きなので、それが無かったのは残念でした。 尚、エレベーターが無いので、お年寄りはご注意が必要かと思います。

素泊まりを考えると割高。 部屋にはドライヤーは無いし温泉はかなりしょぼい‥朝食はついてましたが、セルフの時点で察して頂かなかったです。

#### 熱海サンビーチまで10分強

家族で泊まりました。広さは十分。簡単な朝食以外の食べ物の提供はないので、旅館の体を成したゲストハウス的なところです。海岸までは10分強。お風呂はそこまで大きくはありませんが、どうやら温泉のお湯らしく、気持ちよかったです。 駐車場はないと書いてあったので何も問い合わせなかったのですが、駐車は問い合わせ順で空きがあればできるようです。

#### 昔ながらの旅館みたいで良かった。

旅館の方の丁寧な接客とお部屋が綺麗でとても良かったです。ただ、旅館までの間、坂がとても多いので歩きやバスで行く方はしっかりとバス停をちゃんと調べた方が良いです。

#### のんびり過ごせるお部屋

お部屋が畳で広々、すごくよかった。洗面台とトイレの感じもよかった。朝食がちょっと残念。ごはんがよかった。
