I would definitely return. Staff is very polite and helpful. It would be a lot easier if English was spoken by the restaurant staff but the food is very good, overall I cannot complain.

The commodity of the Hotel is perfect. Nonetheless, the service is horrible. There weren't people to help with the luggage. Only the service at the bar and restaurant were very polite and outgoing with the guest. The rest of the staff needs to be more friendly and easy going with the guests. Overall, I will give it 2 starts.

A great place to know Asuncion!
The Staff is amazing!!!! The cleanness of the room and facilities was impecable, the location is so great and the relaxation and quietness was exquisite.

Always clean and fresh
I've stayed in most similarly rated hotels in the city, and this is by far the best hotel. Overall quality and cleanliness is the vastly superior to other facilities available.

It was overall very fine like those in the US. It was located in a newly developed, kind of downtown, (safe) area. We found beds to be unnecessarily high and pillow to be too low or flat. There was no coffee/tea makers at our room. Our curtains did not close completely, producing unnecessary light coming from such gaps, disturbing our sleeping at night. It was not completely sound proof, either. Their breakfast had interesting array of Paraguayan dishes, with plenty of fresh and delicious fruit plates. There were tiny portions of some salads, somewhat invisible. The place was okay for breakfast, but not enticing for lunch, dinner, or bar. They kindly arranged for a taxi ride, but did not inform us of arrival of our taxis.

Lovely, lovely hotel with terrific morning breakfast and wonderful rooftop pool and restaurant with views of the city. The staff spoke excellent English and helped us with some complicated travel goals...I highly recommend!

Excellent location with everything you need nearby. The rooms and facilities were faultless and the staff were very helpful. Was very impressed by this hotel and would highly recommend it to anybody visiting Paraguay

Nice hotel, good location
The hotel is in the average of Sheraton hotels throughout the world. Staff was pleasant, quick and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom is functional although it is getting old. Little inconvenience, there was no envelope, paper and pen at disposal in the room as there usually are in all 3* hotels and above. The A/C was on when I arrived at the room, it is quite loud so I turned it off. Luckily the weather was not too hot, the noise would certainly have disturbed my sleep. The breakfast buffet was quite complete, however the croissants were not very tasteful compared to what you could expect in Europe.

Great location
Right across the Shopping del Sol (heard it's the biggest in Asuncion), and two great restaurants (Piegari and Entrecote). Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice gym and spa in the terrace. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Friendliest staff!

Business Hotel in Asuncion
Hotel staff was very helpful. Received a twin bedroom by mistake when asked for a king. I ended up getting a free upgrade to the club level a day into my stay when they were able to accommodate the change. Breakfast was very good and the late night buffet at the roof top bar was excellent. The room was very clean and the room was restocked every day for the mini bar and free bottles of water. The gym had three treadmills and I never had an issue using them.

Make an effort to care. Don't nickel and dime.
There were only a few times I felt unsatisfied. It was my first time visiting Paraguay, so there was a lot I did not know about - transportation, shopping, currency exchange, etc. The hotel staff were kind but didn't go out of their way to explain or recommend best practices or services available from the hotel. Considering this is one of the most expensive hotels in the city, I would recommend making that effort. For first time visitors, it would make a huge difference. I had one truly bad experience. At the lobby bar, we had some time before our dinner meeting, so we had a few beers and snacks. Some of stayed over a week. There are vouchers the hotel gives for not laundering your towels every day. We tried to use these vouchers, and the server said we could only use one. We pointed out that the voucher itself said the coupons could be combined. I was leaving that day, so if I couldn't use multiple vouchers, it was a pretty useless and misleading promotion. A full half-hour later we were brought two checks because the vouchers could not be used for alcohol. We ordered enough food so I have no idea why separate checks had to be made. But that's not the worst of it. The total we paid was ultimately not discounted. We figured they must have added the vouchers as their own tip. Not worth asking about. A very bad impression to leave with.
