Perfect spot to check out all of Astoria and the Goonies filming sites. It’s a little tricky finding the entrance and GPS overshoots it by a little bit so you might need to make a U Turn. There seemed to be only two rentals on property and a main caretaker area so if you want this spot book it early. My husband and I were very pleased with this booking, which I will call an apartment, since it is a compact accommodation. It was was sparkling clean. There are lovely views out both sides of the unit. Comfortable queen bed. Tasteful furnishings, blankets, etc. The sofa is really two recliners that are lovely for relaxing and either taking a quick nap or watching the television. Parking is convenient, right off the road and near the front door. We had a heron to watch in the water the first afternoon we arrived.
