Seul bémol, le fonctionnement de la télé est tellement compliqué que nous avons dû renoncer (mais le personnel nous a assuré le lendemain matin que le système allait bientôt changer). »

« Trés bel hotel . Belle restauration méme si nous n avons pas fait le 2 etoiles .. un peu cher !!! Le second restaurant est tres bien . Superbe vue . Belle piscine spa magnifique et trés bons soins ... par contre quand on interdit l acces au spa aux enfants je trouve trés decevant dans un hotel de ce standing de laisser un enfant de deux ans sans couche aller dans un jaccuzzi!!! Et ce malgré le passage regulier des responsables .... »

« Exceptional place very beautiful and calm. The staff is amaizing and very helpful. The place is full of history. Spa staff very nice and attentive to details. A lot of walking paths and you can enjoy the nature and silence. Ideal place for couples that want to rest from noisy and crowded cities. One negative point that i did not like is the isolation of rooms, noisy when people walk around or when cleaning rooms. In the afternoon when is siesta time. »

« Un petit bijou en pleine campagne dans les vignes du Piémont et proche d'Alba. L'hotel est très beau, le service d'une rare qualitée, un petit déjeuner à la carte délicieux avec une terrasse offrant un point de vue sur la vallée. Le restaurant est très bon et la piscine qui n'est pas très grande dispose d'une large plage avec beaucoup de transats. Les chambres sont modernes, très propres et la décoration est très soignée dans tout l'hotel. On se sent immédiatement bien Parfait pour un week-end...
