"Very good room, very confortable et clean "

"First room was not clean and had a very strong smell of marajuana. second room also not clean and was very very far away from the lobby. lazy to over they want you to pay 28 dollars for an inner tube per person ."

"The dehumidifier in the bathroom did not have a switch to turn on and off… imagine this blowing while you’re attempting to sleep. I visited the front desk multiple times to request that someone come in and shut it off to no avail. Outside of that the room was nice"

"The property is very pristine. Over 100 year old facility, beautiful old lodges, very scenic. The food at the restaurant was excellent. When we checked in, was given a set of room keys that did not fit the locks on the door. After reviewing the situation with the desk, I informed them that I wanted another room. The rooms were old by nature. but usable. I am not sure I would stay there again. "

"WONDERFUL STAFF! So accommodating for during our stay. Will be staying here again when we return to Orlando "

"Staff was not available during arrival had to wait and yell for assistance as there wasn’t a bell or phone to use. I was inconvenienced at 1am to move my car from paid parking so another car could take my spot, but was told it was for construction. I had to wait anywhere from a 30 minute wait to an hour for room service for towel exchange. I felt like a bother when I asked for anything from front desk as the attendant had an attitude problem. I will not be staying here or recommending it to anyone for the foreseeable future."

"This was a beautiful very clean room the only problem I had was the breakfast was terrible and they charge you for it it was disgusting the potatoes taste like rubber and like they have been sitting there all day there was nowhere to wash your clothes they said it was broke down I'm guessing they only have one room for that they have no way to carry your luggage to your room if you lose your key when you go out of your room you're screwed you cannot get back in without your key and there was no elevators"
