It comprises a 30 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises: Ground floor \- A 30 m² living room with sofa, armchair and TV \- A dining area where you can enjoy a meal together \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area \- Utility room \- Separate WC First floor \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room \- Bedroom 2&3: double bed (140×190), dressing room \- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
