Maison agréable et très bien équipée ; conciergerie très accueillante mais apparemment plutôt missionnée pour "reporter" les quelques problèmes (frigo ferme très mal, congélateur trop faible, une porte à raboter, ...) et non les régler dans la période de location. Cout important de la fonction conciergerie pour un service souriant mais peu efficace... bilan très satisfaisant grâce à qualité de la maison et de l'équipement.
