Conveniently located one block from Lift 1A, you can ski home from a day on the mountain. There is a covered parking space but the condo is an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants, lifts, everything! The open floor plan allows you to oversee both the dining area and living room from the kitchen. Cozy up with the family around the stone accent fireplace. The dining room seats eight comfortably with a bar that can accommodate four people. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, full en-suite bathroom, and a flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and have two twins and one queen. This unit also has a full size washer and dryer which makes this rental perfect for the ultimate vacation. A discount is automatically applied when calculating 7+ nights and another discount at 28+ nights. Note for any rentals greater than 30 days no sales tax is applicable. The system cannot automatically calculate no tax.
