We ask for 48 hours advanced notice, and accommodate transportation from the Aspen airport until 7PM. We will take your feedback into consideration as we make enhancements to our property. Brett, Thank you for taking a moment to comment. We strive to offer a warm experience in a convenient location for a good value. We have corrected the heating issue in your room. Yes, you do need to determine if you will ski four mountains equally or move around while making Snowmass your "home" mountain. Even when not clicking into your bindings 10 steps from our door, we offer convenient heated garage parking, or local Snowmass buses are a half block away and buses to the other three hills are only steps further. The buses really are the best way to move between the mountains and Aspen & Snowmass. Thanks for staying with us. We look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you. I'm sorry if your experience was anything less than wonderful. We strive to offer a great experience for a good value in a pricey market. FYI, Uber and Lyft have very little presence in the Aspen Snowmass area, but the Mountain Chalet Snowmass offers transportation to and from the Aspen airport, there are traditional cabs, a multitude of companies offering transportation with suburban vehicles, a free gondola connecting the Snowmass Mall and Base Village, and an amazing bus service which is completely free everywhere within Aspen and Snowmass. Thank you staying with us.

Mark, Thank you. We did suffer an overnight issue with our boiler. We were able to remedy the problem by mid-morning so everyone had hot water as they returned from skiing. My apologies for any inconvenience. We have on-call staff poised should there be a pressing overnight issue. I'm glad you enjoyed breakfast & lunch, and trust you had an enjoyable ski trip.
