The negatives: The property manager said the unit would be available before 4 pm as we needed early access to attend a wedding event. However, the cleaning crew not only was not finished before 4, but didn’t complete their cleaning until 4:15 (after the listed check in time). The host was unwilling to compensate us in any way for the broken promise and the delay in readiness.
