Enter this spacious and sunlit 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom riverfront condo, where a recent renovation has brought fresh enhancements to the living space. The rich and gleaming hardwood floors, along with upgraded cabinetry and brand-new kitchen appliances, create a refined and inviting atmosphere.  
  
This property is professionally managed by Aspen Vacations. Our office is located at 210 Aspen Airport Business Center, Suite BB in Aspen.  
  
The Space:  
Relax and take in the serene river views that can be enjoyed from the kitchen, primary bedroom, and charming deck. The primary living area serves as an exceptional space for entertainment, featuring a generously sized dining table, a kitchen bar with two bar stools, and a spacious living room with a genuine wood-burning fireplace. An upgraded Samsung Smart TV, complemented by Sonos speakers, adds to the ambiance.  
  
Delight in picturesque mountain and river vistas from the private balconies attached to the living room and dining area. Savor a cup of coffee or some appetizers on the balcony overlooking the tranquil Roaring Fork River. The primary bedroom, complete with an en suite full bathroom, offers expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning views of the river. Afterward, you can venture downstairs to take a swim in the heated pool or unwind in the generously sized hot tub, ensuring this unit provides an all-encompassing experience.
