You can walk right to a trail that takes you to the grocery store in 5 minutes or hop on your bike and take it to the Rio Grande Trail. You’re right next to two playgrounds (but not TOO close) and the Aspen Institute. We had the best experience with the owner and the property manager. They were accommodating and quick to respond.
