Jan 26, 2023 #### Extremely dated property, not well run The pictures make the property look fairly bright, clean, and cozy, however this was far from the truth. I found the property to be incredibly dated and in some places dirty (filthy carpets, old shower curtains, tattered walls). The rooms were barely serviced daily, only a change of towels and emptying of garbage but no making of the beds. First floor/ground level rooms are particularly bad and should not be the same price as higher floor rooms with more light and balconies. The most disconcerting part of my stay: after getting locked out of my room because my key stopped working and the front-desk had gone home for the night, I called the number listed and was told to go behind the desk to collect the MASTER hotel key to get into my room (no ID checks or nothing!). This felt incredibly insecure and unsettling as a guest. The saying you get what you pay for is true - this is one of the cheaper properties in Aspen. Don't expect much. ##### Andrew G.
