It has a full kitchen, a breakfast bar and separate dining area, a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king upon request. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Please note: Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado's cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the evenings. No pets unless certified service animal with papers. The only things you need to get is the food and drinks. Perfect for family of 4!. The unit is at the 3rd floor towards the back corner of the building, away from the front of the street. Across the back alley where the unit is situated, it's close to the rooftop bar/lounge which can be noisy especially on weekend nights. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. We were within walking distance to all of downtown Aspen. Check in after hours (which can be tricky) was straightforward and I even receieved an email the following day thanking me for submitting my forms and checking to see if I needed anything else. I thought the extra level of customer service was quite impressive. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. ##### Ashley B. Every window faces an alley so you can’t even tell what the weather is like. The condo is in a great location and it was easy to run back to if we wanted to rest or grab something. We arrived on a rather hot and humid day to realize that there was no air conditioning in the complex. There were several fans in the unit but it was still warm. One other thing is it was quite dark especially in the kitchen. The track lighting just isn't enough. ##### Leighanne D.
