Steps away from Aspen Mountain, Silver Queen Gondola, walk to everything in town including the ski slopes, bars, and restaurants. This ground-level studio is the perfect home base for your trip to the beautiful town of Aspen, no matter the time of year. The Space: The studio is recently modernized with a full makeover in Fall 2022\. With everything at your fingertips, this studio is located in a quiet building only a few blocks from world renowned skiing, shopping, and dining. An ideal location and proximity to everything Aspen has to offer. This studio can comfortably host up to 2 guests with a queen-sized Casper memory foam mattress. Please note that the photos show a Murphy bed, but it was recently replaced with a regular Queen-sized bed. The apartment is on the ground floor, offering easy access. The apartment includes: \-Modern furniture \-Air Conditioning added in Fall 2023 \-Fresh bedding and towels \-High Speed Internet \-Streaming Cable and Netflix \-Plenty of Closet Space \-Full Kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, and coffee pot \-Professional cleaning service before every stay \-All the typical hotel necessities: blow dryer, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, and more! The Neighborhood: While Aspen, Colorado is known as a travel destination frequented by the rich and famous, Aspen visitors and locals know this beautiful Colorado mountain town for its four ski resorts—Aspen Mountain, Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Highlands Mountain, and Buttermilk Mountain--as well as its variety of outdoor activities, arts programs, cultural events, and cosmopolitan nightlife. Aspen offers restaurants, shopping, lodging, and nightlife that cater to a range of budgets and experiences. Aspen also emphasizes preserving the environment, celebrating its silver mining heritage, and promoting the arts, culture, and local non-profits. Getting Around: Everything within Aspen is walking distance from our home. If you have plans to go further out of town, there is a public bus system for transfers to Snowmass Village and Aspen Highlands. All busses can be boarded at Ruby Park which is near the base of the Gondola. Download the "Downtowner App" on iPhone or Android for free transportation around Aspen! Other Things to Note: Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. The apartment is incredibly small and badly kept, was not clean when we got there. The property manager (HOLT) is very rude and uncommunicative, I don’t recommend renting any property that is managed by them. On top of all of this, hidden fees of $200 were charged. This apartment is no-go. Avoid it!
